The food was absolutely horrible! The buffalo chicken burger and chicken strips were both smelly, and even the coleslaw and BBQ sauce tasted awful. Honestly, it was the worst food I’ve ever had in QC. The fries were cold and completely flavorless. Every single item was terrible I couldn’t even finish eating and had to throw it all in the garbage. I’m sure even if a mouse found it in the garbage, it would run away from this food! It’s now the day after and I am still feeling sick of what I’ve tasted yesterday!! What a waste of money!!

Rude staff, it feels like they are in their living room, badly yelled at, young lady sitting directly on the counter, very loud music in the kitchen which makes 2 sounds at the same time because there is also background music in the room. A great lack of professionalism.

We ordered a club for two. We received a club all broken up with not much chicken and also with a piece of toast in the bottom of the box already eaten. We wonder if it was leftovers from the restaurant's plates. Really very disappointed to have paid so much for so little.

Good morning, I'm not the type to make complaints but seriously, it's a joke to your customers to serve them what I ordered at the restaurant in Chambly.
It looks like they threw the club in the box, everything was completely cold and the bread soggy, chicken way overcooked and dry. It was not edible!!
We also ordered poutine chicken fingers and the same thing completely cold.
I was a regular customer and since the last 3 orders, the quality has deteriorated. You lost me as a customer!

I don't find it normal to have to put my fries in the air fryer before eating my dinner. We ordered 4 meals and same problem with all four. It's disappointing and it's happened a few times. It wasn't like this before
