Our experience at La Cochonne Rit was a letdown from the start. The manager who greeted us was cold and unpleasant, and the service only went downhill from there. We ordered a medium rare steak and were served one completely well done. When we pointed it out, both the waiter and manager argued with us instead of simply owning the mistake — no apology, just attitude.
The food was mediocre at best, especially for the price, and the noise level was unbearable. It felt more like a Baton Rouge than a quality dining experience.

The restaurant was really crowded when we visited. The tables are pushed together and it is difficult to hear each other... We liked our meal, well executed, without necessarily being dazzled. The dishes really lack punch and originality, especially for the exorbitant price of the experience. It's bistro cuisine sold at the price of a gourmet restaurant. Especially since the service was really minimal. You have to beg to order a glass of wine according to the services...
