Again tonight. I ordered chicken, arrived there 20 minutes later because I know they are always late and I told my name...I have been told your order will be ready soon. So I said, did he start ? She said no because he was cleaning and he didn't see the order...and the girl and 2 other employees were at the front desk talking and my receipt was on the desk. I got my order 5 minutes later...opened it at home...discusting...set, cold, dries over cooked....again, like the 3 last orders....very bad. No wonder why they got fined for dirty restaurant.

We have been regular customers for over 10 years. (In person, delivery, by DoorDash..)We ordered a pizza and large poutine this evening for 4 children. The order arrived 1 hour later (which is ok, it's a Friday evening) but we only had the poutine, the delivery guy had to go back and get the pizza. As it had already been 30 minutes (we live 5 minutes from the restaurant) since the delivery man left to pick up the forgotten pizza, we called to ask for compensation (a credit for a future order or something of the sort) no response from the restaurant…unfortunately this will be our last order.
For some time now at the roq du roi the staff on the telephone have been very brazen and stupid. It's boring, I liked this place before, and earlier I ordered a chicken wrap with sauce on the side and the result is the wrap is all wet and my partner's for later is going to be all sticky and the person on the phone says it's not enough and to make do with it. I will never order from this place again, it's sad, before it was great.
