We went there for dinner last Saturday evening. We didn't know this place. The fountain drink was room temperature and ice was not available, the table was sticky and one of the restrooms was out of paper. Furthermore, $41 for 2 decent but ordinary burgers, 2 small portions of fries and 2 hot fountain drinks seems overpriced to me. The decor is interesting overall and the welcome from the employee at the counter was good. In closing, it would be nice to pay attention to spelling and agreement errors in your menu and in the restaurant. It would be a nice touch for your customers.

The food is very good but the lack of service ruins the experience and atmosphere.

Restaurants où l’on commande et les employés nous apporte le repas à la table. Plusieurs items sur le menu. Nous sommes allés un samedi vers 18:30 et endroit très calme. Service rapide et courtois. Petite remarque constructive serait de mettre le menu à l’extérieur pour nous permettre de plus prendre le temps de faire notre choix. Étant un amateur de burger, j’y retournerai a coup sûr.

Cela fait 3 fois que j'y vais et chaque fois tjrs déçu du service.
1. Se trompe dans la commande (un commande assez simple)
2. Gros manque d'hygiène (se lave pas les mains après être été en pause ou porte pas de filet à cheveux)
3. Les caissières sont tjrs sur leur cellulaire et ignore les clients.
4. Tu fais la commande en ligne 1hr en avance et tu arrives et rien n'est pret.
Bref, manque de rigueur dans le service client.

Nous sommes venus manger pour le souper avec les enfants. L’accueil amical était super. J’avais commandé le shack burger pour moi avec poutine. J’ai demandé un burger menu enfant pour ma fille avec seulement fromage à sa demande. Le burger est arrivé tout garnit, sans papier serviettes pour s’essuyer et sans fourchette pour ma poutine, la raison de mon 3 étoiles car somme toute la nourriture était bonne.
