At 9am there is no beagel, no chipotle sauce, no French vanilla and it looked empty even though it is rush hour.

Super easy to get to, service is extremely fast inside and at the drive-thru. No communication problems, speaks French, English and even Spanish without problem. Probably the best Tim in Saint Jean or even the region.

‏The food quality was very disappointing. The vegetables were not fresh, and the portions were extremely small. Despite the restaurant being almost empty, the staff still made mistakes with our order multiple times. We paid for the meal but couldn’t eat it and ended up throwing it away.

I visited your restaurant today, and unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. The food served was not only of poor quality, but it also seemed stale, as if it had been prepared a long time ago. The taste was quite off, giving the impression that the food was not fresh. I had expected to receive fresh and high-quality meals at your restaurant, but sadly, this was a disappointing experience.

I hope this issue will be addressed, so we can see an improvement in the food quality in the future.

Cooks don't have a net on their heads.
One of the cooks made my sandwich and ate it at the same time!!!! I had to go and warn him because other people's saliva makes me upset...and my husband is a witness! They will shut down if they continue in this direction.
In reality, the manager doesn't hire the right people or if not, they leave to work elsewhere.
It's quite disgusting to be served dried potatoes because they didn't think to make any more first!
The teeth almost broke in my mouth!
