Love the beers , probably one of my favorites. Unfortunately at this location it's just a factory/ brewery, you can't come and enjoy a beer here, which is really surprising and disappointing... I've rarely been to a brewery that you can't go and enjoy their products on tap

I purchased six beer glasses, and one came damaged. I tried to contact them about it, but I never received a reply in over one month now, and three attempts. Their products are great and at a great price; I didn’t even want to get it free because I understand it happens with shipping long distance, plus their stuff as affordable, so much that I asked if I could order another cart and have the shipping waived this time because of the issue with the damaged one, but since never heard back from them I will not order from them again.
Edit: I already received a replacement. Wonderful, more than I expected, I wanted just free shipping but you sent me the replacement no questions asked.

The website said this was a brewery that was open to the public. I took time off work to come visit and spend time while on vacation with my family, but when we arrived, we were told they are no longer open to the public. Update your website so people don’t waste time coming to visit! Very disappointing.
