Worst lunch experience ever!
Usually I never bother to rate a restaurant, but this one is worth it!
The menus were so greasy and disgusting, and yet it was very early and almost no one there.
The idea of ​​giving my boy pencils to draw a picture and hang it on the wall was a good one, if the said pencils didn't look like they had scurvy because they were so dirty and greasy!!
Now, the main thing is food! Everything arrived cold and clearly reheated from the day before! Eggs overcooked or simply raw, it all depends on the bite you take 🙃 potatoes so soft that they look like they are boiled! Bacon almost non-existent and thin as a sheet of paper
In short, I can assure you that we left without washing or paying and that we will never come back again!

Very disappointed with the experience, unacceptable service

I went to this restaurant for lunch hoping to have a good time, but unfortunately the experience was a complete fiasco. First of all, my order was not taken correctly. Not only did the server forget several items, but even after pointing out the error, he didn't show much interest in rectifying the situation. On top of that, the service was incredibly slow and the staff seemed completely disorganized and uninterested in customers.

It was a frustrating and very disappointing experience. The lack of professionalism and attention to detail is unacceptable, and I will definitely not return to this establishment. Definitely avoid if you are looking for a pleasant experience.

I have never been so poorly received in a restaurant. We arrived at 2:05 p.m. As soon as we arrived, the lady told us that we had to order quickly because the kitchen closed in 30 minutes. After eating, a waitress (very nice) takes care of us and I wait for the bill. The lady (probably the manager) tells us we have to leave. It was 2:50 p.m. and I hadn't even paid yet. So I told him. I'm waiting for my bill... Honestly, I've never experienced this in a restaurant. I will never go again.

Me and a friend met at this restaurant. I arrive 20 minutes early in order to wait patiently for my seat, without stress. When my turn arrives I am told that I cannot sit down until my friend comes. Everyone walks past me. A little irritated by the situation I told a little lie, that I am a single person who wants a seat.

I am then directed to a table (without a bench). Next to it, there is a free bench seat. I try to talk to the waiter who assigned me a seat to ask him to go to this table. He ignores me on purpose. I try several times to speak to him and attract his attention by approaching him, I have no response. So I raise my voice a little (which I hate doing) to be expected.

He then said to me with a smirk and an arrogant tone: you told me you were alone so here is a table alone.

I then peacefully ask him again to go to the next seat.

He then tells me it’s a table for 4.

I point out a bench with a single man eating quietly. I ask him why he has the right to eat alone.

Monsieur ignore me and go serve other people.

Disgusted by the situation I decide to leave. In addition to having experienced inequality (since a man can eat alone but not a woman). I suffered a great lack of respect from this old waiter.

I find this situation unfortunate because I am a regular customer. Me and my friends have been going to eat at this place at least twice a month for the past year. The other servers are very pleasant and even friendly. I understand that there is more traffic during the holidays which creates a lot of stress for the servers. But it’s not up to the customer to put up with their moods. I arrived early because I wanted to have no stress about assigning tables and now I am being treated as if I were worthless.

This situation is really a shame since it does not correspond to the rest of the year. In short, don't go for lunch there during the holiday season if you don't want to have a bad experience.

Je ne me rapelle pas d'avoir été déçu un jour d'un déjeuner mais , aujourd'hui c'est le cas ! Je ne peux croire que vous chargez 2.25 $ pour 1 oz de feve aux lard et ca dans un petit pot de plastique . Jai eu l'impression de manger dans une cafétéria d'hôpital vos assiettes 1 oeufs 2 viandes sont tres tres decevante . C'était mon restaurant préféré anciennement à Terrebonne
