We've been ordering there for years, service has always been great, the food is good too! Except today...we order the special 2 larges, a poutine, a lasagna, a submarine and 4 liqueurs. First pizza, pepperonis + cheese + bacon = A1, super good! But the second, all dressed... each one a bit (there were 3 of us), we each took a single bite, not edible, to finally realize that the mushrooms inside are very probably not good, we tasted the ingredients almost 1 by one to make sure we weren't crazy lolll.... we called there (note that it was the first time we called back to "complain..."), the boss just said stubborn that his food is always great, blablabla, best pizzeria in Lanaudière (ok we agree, don't overdo it anyway lolll), and that it's impossible that the pizza is not edible! In the end, it's a whole pizza in the trash...!! All that to say... nice clown service!

I ordered a 12'' sub via the DoorDash app and what a surprise I had when I received a 12'' pizza box with an email informing me that I was being charged $5 more for a pizza (which I didn't order) because the submarines were ''out of stock''. No call from the pizzeria to ask if I accepted this change. So 1 pizza that I didn't ask for, an additional $5 charge and I have to recommend elsewhere at 9:00 p.m. in the evening. So very limited option. In the end I would never have had my submarine. Very disappointed !

I like the combos; they really offer good quality/price. I have ordered a few times, especially at parties, and it was really worth it. However, I ordered today and the order arrived 1.5 hours later. ..I stay 4 minutes by car from the restaurant...maybe a dispatch or delivery problem; it's Tuesday (Halloween day) I understand but when you order at 4:20 p.m. and the order arrives at 5:40 p.m., I'm a little disappointed; everything was cold. I changed my mind it's even more serious than I thought the delivery man goes upstairs no machine no cash... what is Am I there? There is room for improvement but it will happen without me there are limits. In addition we were good customers (often had parties) and I was told to look elsewhere, ok that's what WE are going to do.
