We had a very pleasant experience at this Starbucks location. The barista who helped us was so kind — we tried ordering in French even though we don’t speak it very well, and she was very patient and friendly with us.

I ordered the Latte pacanes croquantes avec boisson à l’avoine, and I absolutely loved it! The flavor is unique, with just the right touch of sweetness — it honestly reminded me of a cookie. Simply delicious.

Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely come back to this location!

Terrible customer service at this Starbucks drive-thru. I placed a mobile order and the app said it would be ready in 4–7 minutes. I arrived after 4 minutes, but when I got to the window, I was refused my order and told they had to prioritize other app orders placed before mine. That makes no sense—if I had just ordered at the drive-thru, I would have been served immediately. Instead, I was left waiting, treated poorly, and ended up leaving the drive-thru without even getting my order. Absolutely unacceptable. I will never return to this location and definitely won’t recommend it to anyone.

a fait 2 fois que je vais me chercher un ice White moka avec la mousse caramel sale et avec du caramel drizel sur le dessus et dedans et a fait 2 fois qu'il n'en met pas  l'intrieur et il me charge l'extra en plus. Vraiment due.

I am disappointed with my visit. I order often and today Sunday September 15 at 9:30 a.m. the girl who made my drinks (a blonde) was not very helpful and understandable. I made a mobile order and it had a London fog iced tea. On the app it's clearly marked ice latte and even on the label and when I told her it's supposed to be ice cream she told me that we can't make it London fog ice cream. However, I was able to order it on the app. I didn't want to complain too much because they were overwhelmed, but she could have made me another iced tea and had another hot one. In short, very disappointed!
