“It was our first time at this restaurant, and we were celebrating my birthday. Chef Danh warmly welcomed us, and after hearing it was a special occasion, he recommended we try the omakase, and it was absolutely perfect and with cheap price! Highly recommend for everyone!
Every dish was delicious, beautifully balanced, and felt like a true taste of Japan. The surprise tiger prawn tempura cake and birthday song from the staff made the night even more unforgettable.

“I only eat Sushi there. I love Sushi and can be out of town for months and still not order until I can come to Souping Sushi. Ive Done the Ultimate Sushi Tasting Test and tried the exact same Sushi but bought at different places and they definitely have the best here.
Furthermore I always ask to replace the soy sauce for 1x Waifu and they will do it, no questions asked. Other places will charge me 2$. How can I spend 50$ for 4 Rolls and you have the audacity to ask me to pay for a mini cup of sauce while I relinquish all the Soy Sauce Cups?

From the service and the smiling staff to the presentation and the taste, Sushi Sama Anjou has become my chosen place to go eat at after work when I feel lazy to cook. “The food was exceptional! The sushi was fresh and flavourful. The portions were also very generous. My boyfriend and I ordered the Loveboat Deluxe and it was so worth it!! The ambiance is also great, the music isn't too loud and its BYOW. I was also super pleased with the service. “Having tried many Sushi Shops, this is THE best in every way!The portions (sushi and poké) are generous, nothing compared to some other Sushi Shops.The sushi is well made, beautiful, good, fresh and the service is impeccable.I work on the south shore, I live in Montreal, but I don't hesitate for a second when it comes to my sushi: it's Sushi Shop Lachenaie!!When I'm stuck on the south shore, I always end up regretting going to the Sushi Shop in Varennes: half the stock in the poké (even when I pay for an extra), all the chef's choices are cheap (Philadelphia and pollock in abundance) and there is always an error in my order. Each time I tell myself that I should have let it be and entrusted my sushi to Lachenaie ;-)In Lachenaie, it's always perfect! ♥️“

“Family owned and operated, this place has been in business ever since I moved on near by. They are friendly and polite. The sushi is FRESH and well made. The price is good but not cheap and that’s fine with me because I don’t trust sushi that is below market value. My son and I usually order sushi once every 2 weeks and this is the place I order from. The delivery is fast and polite. I highly recommend it.“
