On Sunday around 8:25pm , Châteauguay...After I had paid for 2 combos, I asked the cashier if it was possible to substitute the fry for an onion ring and pay an extra. She answered that I would have to pay the full price for the onion ring since the rebate was only applied to the drink. Fries were cold. Solution: fire the cashier and edit your POS system! I will not go back to a& w .

The trio was good. The cheese muffin was good and warm but the coffee was Luke warm.
The service has to be improved. The girl at the counter looked like she didn't want to be there.

First of all, super friendly staff. There were 4 of us, and we each enjoyed our trios without complaint (burgers, fries, rings, etc.). A few of us were too full to even finish (that chubby chicken is thiccccc!). The inclusion of actual dinnerware for the poutine and the glass mug for the drink was a quaint touch that didn't go unnoticed. Last but not least, the level of cleanliness of the restaurant was top notch, which always ranks high when choosing where to go to eat. Will definitely eat there again.
