2nd time I've gone to watch everyone else eat because the waitress forgot to punch in my food or a mess up in the kitchen

Can’t even order what you want on the uber app
Example the smoked meat sandwich it doesn’t let you order because they have the utensils labeled as sold out which makes 0 sense it’s utensils

You wait forever for your coffee, and even longer for for refills. The cups are small, I think I'll bring my own mug!

Waitress was very nice although she was serving the whole restaurant alone. Food was delicious although i ordered a smoothie with it and i was practically finished my plate by the time the smoothie got to me. All in all . Great price. Great service. Great food. But hire more staff to attend the customers. 1 person cannot possibly do it all and yet my waitress did it with grace and efficiency. not sure what her name was but definitely deserves a raise. Place was decently crowded and everyone was served in a timely manner

We had such an incredible experience at Allô mon Coco Châteauguay! From the moment we walked in, Christina made us feel right at home. She was so warm, friendly, and absolutely amazing with the kids — patient, attentive, and genuinely kind. It’s rare to find service that feels this personal and caring, and Christina truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

The food was just as impressive! The chicken and waffles was hands-down the best I’ve ever had — crispy, juicy chicken paired perfectly with fluffy waffles and just the right amount of sweetness. Every bite was delicious, and you can tell the kitchen puts real love into their dishes.

Highly recommend this place for families, great service, and outstanding food. We’ll definitely be back!

First time eating breakfast at this place.
I have a very bad experienced with the waitress where they put us. She put me and my wife on the table isolated from others
near the front entrance door. It's like we were all alone and the area is cold even though we were wearing sweater where the fan is blowing on top of us.
I told the waitress that it's very cold when the fan turned on. Instead of offering us different table to feel comfortable, she probably talked to someone about it.
She asked me if it's ok now and I told her yes and I thought it was and they did something about it. Heck no!
It was ok because the fan was off when she asked me. Then after a while the fan went on again and she felt it when I was paying her at the table. She even admitted that the table we're at is the coldest spot and she thought we were younger couple. What kind of logic is that and reading customers by their looks and race? Younger people go to cold tables? Plus, they were so many vacant seats when we came Sunday morning around 7:30 am.
Despite of bad treatment and me didn't enjoy my food because of the cold fan blowing on top of our head, I still gave her a good tip.
When you go here, make sure you ask for a comfortable area so you can enjoy your meal.
I will never go back to this place again!

There were hairs in our plates, our order was wrong, and it took 15 minutes just to get a coffee refill. Absolutely the worst location in the entire chain—completely unacceptable.
