I asked for extra smoked meat almost all the meat was too roasted the waitress told me well we only put it in the steamer and they can put it on the plate in any case $8.95 extra for nothing

Do not come here for lunch in winters or place yourself far from the front door as there are very strong drafts continuously coming from the front door. Very unpleasant. See you next summer!

Food is good but nothing special! Everything on the plate was lukewarm, not hot. I went at 9 a.m. and the floors and carpets were already very dirty! And the toilets, terrible!!! I really don't think there was any cleaning up after yesterday! For me, cleanliness is too important, I don't go back there anymore.

Restaurant ready to refuse customers at 2:15 p.m. even though it closes at 3 p.m....we were stared at by the kitchen employees when we walked through the door. We were able to be seated but no service until 2:30 p.m. No coffee refills, the employees are all hidden between the kitchen and the wall and eating.....
2 cold slices of bread under the eggs bene.....
Very disappointing service.

Two visits are enough:

Last time I came, I ordered a decaf and reminder the waiter twice. It never arrived.

This time I’m assigned a table and wait 15 minutes until an employee comes tell me to wait to be assigned to a table. She asks the questions and answers them without even waiting for my answers. This happened around 8am.

Never coming back. I didn’t expect that from a Allo mon coco.. Other restaurants can appreciate my business.

If I could put 0, I would! 2nd time to introduce myself. A wait of 1 hour for lunch. Frustration x1000 seeing customers from other tables being served having arrived a lot after us. Terrible service, poorly organized. Should notify at the entry q the waiting time. We would have the choice to find it painful instead of suffering. I strongly advise against this place.

Simple Take out messed up, then they fix it to get home and realize I have no maple syrup for the pancake order, it’s mind boggling how dumb you have to be to make such simple mistakes over and over again.

The meal is good and has a nice plate, but the service from one of the waitresses on weekdays leaves something to be desired. At any age, we have the right to work but she, phew!!! Woman with glasses, age 50-60, blonde and white hair....don't go to her tables!!! She eats the plates, doesn't refill the coffee, no smile and hello. It's up to you.....
