Yesterday Feb 12th 2026 just before 5pm I was turning into your parking lot wanting to pick up food for my family, as I wait for the cars to pass so I can turn in one of your driver's very clearly becomes impatient and turns in as I'm turning in he almost smashed right into me and than spend off into the parking lot going around 70km/h not caring if cars were pulling out of parking spots and not slowing down while passing pedestrians. As I passed to go park the man stared me down, I did not get out of my car because I felt unsafe. I did not end up ordering food here because I was in shock about almost being hit. Maybe you need to have a conversation with your staff about road safety, and the speed limit in parking lots. Idk where he got his license but definitely needs to go back to school to learn the safety of others.

Poutine was delivered without sauce. Called to get it delivered, it never arrived after waiting 1 hour. Called again, but the manager said she was unable to issue a refund, that she would call me back the next day. She never called..

I do not recommend this Benny, very bad experience. Mistakes happen, but refusing to make it right by your customers is unacceptable.

Ordered meals for the kids, paid extra for the poutines and one came with no cheese. They sent cheese after 30 min but by then the fries and sauce were cold. They could have just sent a new poutine meal that was hot. But the receptionist said it wasn’t their policy.

It's a really nice place to grab a quick bite with family... service is spot on and the classics are always served as expected.

We were greeted by an employee with a clear frown as we placed our order. After a 20-minute wait for two chicken poutines and a chef’s choice meal, the food arrived cold. Despite the restaurant being quiet, the staff seemed disengaged, and no one approached us to check if everything was okay or if we needed anything. I was really happy to have a Benny and Co in Châteauguay, but this experience fell short compared to other locations. I might as well drive the extra five minutes to Mercier for an all around better experience.

The food is very good, freshly prepared food, hot and not at all dry.

The service was impeccable, I don't often go to a Benny&Co, so I needed time to look at the menu and the young girl gave me patience and even helped me select my meal. Very well received.

The atmosphere was calm, as I was after rush hour.
The restaurant itself is very clean, there are few restaurants in this city as well presented and visually clean.

I took a meal to bring and had everything I needed to eat and even two jars of sauces!

Parking: Accessible parking, with a rather average number of spaces.

Manager goes out of her way to help in friendly manner .the food came fast and fresh.clean and spacious sitting area with tables and booths surrounded by large glass windows. A tv was there for entertainment
