We were greeted by an employee with a clear frown as we placed our order. After a 20-minute wait for two chicken poutines and a chef’s choice meal, the food arrived cold. Despite the restaurant being quiet, the staff seemed disengaged, and no one approached us to check if everything was okay or if we needed anything. I was really happy to have a Benny and Co in Châteauguay, but this experience fell short compared to other locations. I might as well drive the extra five minutes to Mercier for an all around better experience.

The food is very good, freshly prepared food, hot and not at all dry.

The service was impeccable, I don't often go to a Benny&Co, so I needed time to look at the menu and the young girl gave me patience and even helped me select my meal. Very well received.

The atmosphere was calm, as I was after rush hour.
The restaurant itself is very clean, there are few restaurants in this city as well presented and visually clean.

I took a meal to bring and had everything I needed to eat and even two jars of sauces!

Manager goes out of her way to help in friendly manner .the food came fast and fresh.clean and spacious sitting area with tables and booths surrounded by large glass windows. A tv was there for entertainment

I often order through the website for delivery. This branch is still missing an item. Once it was one of my two pieces of pie (I ordered two meals and two pieces of pie) The other time the extra poutine was forgotten. And this time, we didn't put the cheese in a box for my extra poutine. They should check before letting the delivery guy leave with the boxes.

Next rotisserie chicken by far. St-Hubert may have the better sauce, but the chicken here is the best.

Service and quality was great when they first opened. However last 3 experiences were a real disappointment.

One time, the sauce was very liquid with lumps, as if they reached the bottom of the saucepan and added a little extra water to finish the bottom of the sauce.

2nd last to last experience, I ordered a take-out for 17:00 and got my duo at 17:22. Walk-ins were served faster than me. When I talked to the manager, she was like, "stuff happens"...

Last time, the chicken breast was dry to the point that I threw it away.

I had better service from Benny when it was the Mercier outlet that served Châteauguay.

Never going patronize the Châteauguay outlet again.

Livraison rapide, club sandwich était bon.

Je commande chez Benny via leur site internet depuis longtemps et pratiquement à chaque semaine au bureau. J'inscris toujours dans la note au livreur que la livraison doit se faire sur le côté de la bâtisse. La note s'imprime bel et bien sur la facture... je la vois quand je reçois ma commande. La semaine passé, le livreur a mentionné qu'il fallait indiquer de passer par la cour... Bon OK... "côté de la bâtisse" n'est peut-être pas clair pour tout le monde.
Je commande de nouveau cette semaine et je rajoute à ma note habituelle qu'il faut passer par la cour. Le même livreur se présente à l'avant et se plaint à la dame à la réception qu'il n'a pas de temps à perdre!
Bref, ce n'est pas de ma faute si leur livreur ne prend pas le temps de lire les notes. C'était la dernière fois que je commandais chez Benny.

Je suis déçu j'ai commandée un burger poulet en disant la salade c'est extra et le club sandwich étais froid la serveuse très mélanger a la caisse habitude jamais déçu
