I visited this establishment for the first (and probably last) time last Friday. I was surprised to see that on a Friday evening, there was absolutely no one there. But I quickly understood why.
As soon as I walked in, the employees rolled their eyes in perfect sync – probably because I had the audacity to give them work.
The cashier made a mistake in my order, and instead of admitting it, she preferred to shout to someone in the kitchen: “she didn’t order that!” Dear Madam Cashier, I do not speak French and I took care to practice before ordering. So I remember very well what I asked!
In the trio menu ordered by my friend, the burger was missing. The error was corrected, of course, with another eye roll.
As for cleanliness, I prefer not to talk about it… because it is non-existent.
It's a real shame, because I love Burger King, but such behavior from the staff tarnishes the reputation of this brand.

Horrible experience, customer service 0/10, if you order, you disturb the people working at the cash register and give you stares! Very unsanitary, toilet, sticky floor and extremely dirty + the tables! Burger extremely dry and made in an unsanitary place. Disgusted with my experience
