Château Bagel is a true local gem. The kind of spot that makes you appreciate the craft of traditional bagel baking. You can smell the freshness the second you walk in, with racks of golden bagels coming straight out of the oven. The staff are friendly, and you can tell everything is made with care and consistency.
Their bagels have that perfect chewy texture and slight sweetness that sets them apart. I loved the variety! From sesame and multigrain to their limited-time pumpkin spice bagel, which adds the perfect seasonal twist with just the right balance of flavor and warmth.
They also sell crunchy bagel chips seasoned with herbs and sea salt, which make a great snack to take home. Whether you’re stopping in for breakfast, grabbing a dozen to go, or trying one of their fresh empanadas, Château Bagel is definitely worth a visit for both quality and charm.

We found this joint on our way back from Quebec to Ontario. Their location is nearby the highway so you don’t have to go all the way to the city to get a bagel.
We went in and we were welcomed by them. They’re a family run business so we loved their warm welcome and smiles!
We tried their onion bagel, sesame bagel. Their Sesame Bagel was just the perfect. This will be for sure our bagel stop whenever we’re visiting Quebec or Montreal.
