Went with my two kids just as we always have over the years. They were happy. My son is 3 and was a bit loud from excitement. I did not expect to be shamed and told that "their kids were quiet when they were small." I also didn't expect to be made fun of when he sat quietly after being served. "Oh, ice cream is what it takes to make him quiet" to quote the owners. Shame on you for this attitude and treatment, we will not come back. I would have understood if he was being rude or arrogant, he was simply a little boy excited to point out disney characters on the walls.

Delicious ice cream and great quantity for the price. I got 3 scoops of a flavor i cant remember (thankfully finished it) in a waffle cone. The only crummy part was the heat melting it so fast!Unfortunately they don't take credit card so my girlfriend had to transfer for me to use debit. That's the only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5.

Second time coming.I ordered a cone and a Reese's peanut butter cup Blizzard after being told they take credit card. Cones are short and fat, making it hard for kids to eat. It's a mess. They didn't actually have Reese's peanut butter cup, only resees pieces (not the same). When they handed me the blizzard I told them it wasn't what I wanted, they still expected me to pay. It wouldn't have been a big deal if it was just a miscommunication and they took ownershipWhen I went to pay, they didn't take credit afterall only interact/debit but I only had $5 cash. They let the young kid pay for the blizzard.I also think the ice cream is watery/icy. I prefer Buddy's or even McDonald's.
This is the best local ice cream in chateauguay, a family owned business who offers great ice cream quality. The staff is always friendly and the portions are huge.
