Owner was very rude. You would think she would be nicer with a lot of other options for ice cream in chateauguay - I won’t go back again. stick to walkers or Deli bec or even buddies.
Long line and payment machine wasn't working. Ice cream was good!
Best ice-cream cake
It was very very worst experience it was my first and last experience for this location the lady who employee there may be she is a supervisor or manager her dress code was different than others she treated us very badly we went so many others locations bt here she behaved vry rudely with customers I request to the owner of the DQ pls give her some tips to behave properly wid customers otherwise rest of the employees were good
Service and food are 5/5.
However, the bathroom is closed for customers. My toddler is potty training and I shouldn’t have to tell her she needs to wait until we get home. Needless to say we used the employee bathroom to avoid an accident.
Please do better for your customers.
The ice cream was amazing and employees were super friendly. The service was also amazing. The store was really clean and had a really good atmosphere. Loved it!
Orange Julius didn't even have a hint of an orange. Just sugar, water and ice. Worst Orange Julius I ever had.

Inside it smells like fake septic tank... very unpleasant... not clean enough and the toilets are blocked... worst experience at Dairy Queen
Good but almost $7.00 for a small milkshake...way overpriced in my opinion!

Nous aimons beaucoup ce Dairy Queen, nous allons toujours y chercher nos gâteaux de crème glacée, il y a toujours beaucoup de choix, nous pouvons également y faire inscrire un message. Ils ont un service au volant et il est indiqué qu'à présent, il sera ouvert à l'année donc nous pourrons aller chercher nos gâteaux même durant le Temps des Fêtes!! :)
