McDonald is known for its best service , but today I had very very worst experience with the staf.very unprofessional, Rude and worst communication skills , around 12:30pm . such bad service

I'm really disappointed with my latest experience at McDonald's, and I feel the need to share my thoughts. I ordered a burger, specifying that I wanted two pickles, because that's really what makes the difference for me. To my surprise, when I opened my burger, I only found one pickle. This is unacceptable! This small detail may seem trivial, but it shows a lack of care in preparing orders. The pickles add a touch of crunch and acidity that enhances the flavor of the burger, and without them it's just disappointing. Additionally, service was particularly slow that day, and I had to wait much longer than usual to receive my order. When I tried to report the problem, the staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive to my concerns. This left me with a bitter taste, and I felt like my satisfaction as a customer was not a priority. I really hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their service, because right now I'm far from satisfied and wondering if I'll come back.

Uber order. I accidentally selected this McDonald's which is far from my home. My big mac's bread was hard and not fresh...my son's happy feast had no yogurt or toys....No sauce for our chicken nuggets, no straw for our drinks. Our fries were overcooked and dried out.

This is not the first time I have ordered from this place and this time will be the last, the service is lousy (waiting 15 minutes before being served at the car as well as at the counter) and this is not the case. It's not rush hour. The food is either not cooked enough, like the fries, or receive the cold Mc Croquettes without sauce and the non-carbonated soft drink (order from the car) without forgetting a Big Mac without condiment or sauce. An owner who listens to his customers doesn't let things happen. There is a blatant lack of staff or simply incompetent staff.

The lady told us to start the line again for no reason and we had to wait another 15 minutes.
I ordered in FRENCH, and I told the cashier a minimum of 3 times what the order was, and he said yes with a nod. The order was STILL wrong! He added 2 extra McCrispys (we asked for 2 Junior chickens which was also charged). I asked for extra ranch on all the wraps and he only added it to one. I asked for the new Bacon Parmesan quarter pounder and they gave us a VERY dry normal quarter pounder with NO cheese?!?! That's very far off from what was asked, in my opinion.
In conclusion, we were overcharged, given the wrong food and weren't listened to.

In general, McDonald's is pretty good, the employees are decent, except for a white-haired lady who always asks us to order in the restaurant while some of them certainly haven't ordered anything but doesn't tell them anything. I also have a friend who wanted a glass of water, but was refused while another customer had asked for one and was served straight away. She also excluded us from the restaurant because we had shared a drink and she took this as “theft”, which we find rather strange and we do not understand the logic behind this reaction.
