Very slow service. I ordered through the self serve kiosk and there was no paper so I didn't know my order number. Get to the desk to wait and others after me were served before. Took 15 mins to get a breakfast bagel and coffee and I had to ask them about it before I was served.

went in at 2 am to get some food. the app worked, i was able to order and come pick it up. when i came through the drive thru and told them i ordered online, the employee agressively told me they dont do any service at this time. i told them i already ordered online, he repeated exactly what he said. i told them i already got charged for the food and he said "its not my problem". overall extremely dissapointed.. very very unfriendly staff. please do better. it literally says its open 24/7... it was supposed to be open at 2 am.

During the visit on February 18, 2025 around 1:30 a.m. / 2 a.m. I placed an order in this restaurant and the person present there clearly did not want to serve us and was on call while he took the order and spoke with the person on call in front of us. I didn't really find it professional. On the other hand, the cook who was there I give him 5 stars

J'ai vue un employé se decroter le dessus de son soulier et ensuite faire un hamburger et quand j'ai aviser la serveuse elle est aller lui dire de se laver les mains (par contre il on quand même donner le hamburger qu'il avais fait à un client je leur ais dis une chance que je prenais pas de hamburger parce que j'aurais pas pris celui là ces sure. C’était le jour de Noël, je suis allée chercher du chocolat chaud pour mes enfants et mes neveux après une journée de glissade et la superviseur était extrêmement de mauvaise humeur. Elle nous a traité vraiment pas bien, elle avait une face de bœuf et elle n’a même pas bien mélangé aucun des 7 chocolats chauds que j’ai commandé, j’ai du les mélanger avec une paille moi même.
