I frequently order pick up and dine in occasionally. Tonight we decided to order a couple of steak and mushroom subs, and a poutine to share. I’ve never tried a sub from here. $40 something dollars. I get home and I was totally disappointed. First, I realized it didn’t come with dressing. Opened up the sub and the steak was bone dry and flavourless. I called the restaurant to see if the subs are supposed to come with dressing, she said no and that they’re juicy enough that they don’t need dressing. I told her they were bone dry and all I got was an apology. No offer to rectify the poor quality. Quite the disappointment. I’m usually not picky but the steak was so dry I threw it out and so did my gf. Mercuri’s food is usually so good but I will definitely never order a sub from here again. Not sure if I’m more disappointed with the food and waste of money or the lack of care from the restaurant.

In my opinion they have the best pizza in the village. The chef's salad is delicious. Warm service and atmosphere. Too bad, the business closes at 9 p.m., it's too early, especially on weekends. From 8:30 p.m. we begin closing activities: tidying up, cleaning, etc. it's like we're being rushed.

Good morning We were a group visiting the restaurant for the first time on JULY 19, 2024 and it will be the last because of a waitress who was on our heads at all times and she can't wait for us to leave to accommodate others customers to the point of being disrespectful. The food was really delicious but we were uncomfortable because of the waitress who kept coming to see us and picking up every finished plate so we had to leave the place. she prepared the invoice before she was asked. We had the impression that she kicked us out even though we didn't even spend an hour between ordering and payment. I hope that the restaurant managers correct this situation because it was really a lack of courtesy and respect towards customers. THANKS
