Pizza Hut Châteauguay

We placed an order with Pizza Hut in Châteauguay, and the delivery took 1.5 hours. When we called to inquire about the delay, the staff was noticeably rude. The driver eventually arrived and explained that he was the only person delivering, but this should not become the customer’s problem. If there is a staffing shortage, the store should clearly communicate that or decline delivery orders rather than leave customers waiting for hours.

Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident. Similar issues—late deliveries, incorrect orders, and a lack of apologies—have occurred two or three times before.

Because of the excessive delay, my children had already eaten something else for dinner and gone to sleep, so we returned the pizza upon arrival. Overall, the service was extremely disappointing.

Staff don't smile or say hello, I stand there, usually for a minute or two before my presence is acknowledged. They're not rude, but certainly not friendly. When you order delivery (which comes with over $5 fee), the delivery driver complains that their tip isn't big enough (10%, the standard that pops up on their site as a delivery tip). I'll also point out that it's a 3 minute drive from their location, so 10% + over $5 for them to drive 3 minutes and complain. Pizza is good, but the staff stink.

After accepting my order we waited for more than an hour and still did not receive it… Very bad customer service as well… worst experience 😡!!!

Terrible service, no atmosphere not even a hello. The service gets even worse when you don’t tip for an order that you picked up yourself. Not to mention that the sauce we ordered was missing. Sad to see such good pizza served so poorly

Ordered a pizza at 6pm, expected delivery said between 6.30 and 6.45pm. By 7.15 tried calling the store and never got an answered so I then started to make dinner not knowing if I would get my order. Delivery guy showed up at 7.40pm for which I refused to pay and the delivery guy said he couldn't get me the pizza for free. Never ordering from them again

I placed an order for a pan pizza, but instead I received a thin crust pizza. This is not what I ordered, and it was very disappointing.

I also tried calling several times to have the issue corrected, but nobody answered the phone. It’s frustrating to pay for something I did not receive, and then not be able to get in touch with the restaurant to resolve it.

Love the pan pizza and it's not expensive!

I ordered a triple treat box for my son's 6th birthday party at 6pm, ETA 7:06-7:16pm. At 7pm I tracked my order to see the status and saw it updated to delivered, tried calling and was on hold for 30 minutes. Visited the outlet and explained the situation to the staff there and they told me the driver possibly selected delivered and the pizza would arrive shortly. I returned home and the pizza never came. We visited another pizza spot, it affected the birthday party with causing the kids to eat late.

The pizza was so good and the cashier are very nice. I hope they have dine in.

Cannot believe it. My wife ordered two little pieces of pizza along with chicken wings. She ordered 1wing with hot sauce and 1 wing with honey. Both showed up as hot sauce. Called Pizza Hut and advised the error. They cheerfully sent a replacement but it was a waste they sent hot sauce again. Not going to call back again it looks like they could not get it right if they were paid too. Someone else will be getting my business from now on.

I’ve ordered from here about five times, and I live just a five-minute drive away. Every time, delivery takes over an hour and a half. It’s much faster to order in person—I’ve gotten my food in under 25 minutes that way.
