Restaurant et bar St-Hubert

Following a hockey tournament on April 5th and having reserved for a group of 22 people including 11 children between 6 and 10 years old. The reservation was at 6:30 p.m. and there was a wait of at least 20 minutes before being seated. Service not up to par, especially since 2 people never received their meal. It was people from the table who went to get the coleslaw. Departure at 9:20 a.m. Several disappointments.

Really very disappointed with my meal I took 3 fillets with cesar salad. The girls had been reheating, it was white on the breading. My Caesar salad had added bacon which tasted burnt.... and it was 11am so really not a rush hour. For the price paid Really disappointing

Ne commander jamais en ligne ont vient de le faire a l'instant et sa nous a indiqué problème technique ont a donc téléphoner et ont nous a répondue que il avais eu un problème donc il nous ont renversé notre montant de notre commande et le remboursement prend 10 jour avant que sa soie retourner dans mon compte c'est une belle arnaque et de la fausse publicité

This January 19 at the Châteauguay restaurant. Deplorable service, 30 to 45 minutes before taking our order, waiter mixed up the orders, a lot of time to collect our empty plates.... Another hour before having our main course, the food was not hot only lukewarm..., having taken the table d'hôte I refused to have dessert and coffee so as not to wait another hour......then we got yelled at by the manager because we didn't leave tips following deplorable service. No one will see me there anymore and I'm going to send a message to my acquaintances not to go to this restaurant......

1h30 delay for delivery, while the application indicates 30 minutes and customer service offers me $5 credit to compensate me. Really?

1h30 for delivery on a Tuesday evening at 5:30pm! Everything was cold

Jérémie delivered me some chicken today, he was super friendly! There is starting to play the piano. I was sure it was Ginette. He even had time to play a game of risk with us! He is so nice, he let us win.

Chicken too small and not well cooked.

Definitely the worst restaurant in Châteauguay. One wonders how they are still open...

3 hours of waiting for chicken, 0 courteous service and cold plate...

The last 3 times I ate at this St-Hubert, it was VERY disappointing. Always long waiting time and cold food. I'll go to another St-Hubert or Benny's across the street from now on...

I have never ever waited so long at drive through for two chicken meal. 15 minutes and still counting…

Addendum: at the end waited 20 min for two chicken meal AND they got the order wrong. They missed the extra sauce and extra fries.

The utensils were dirty, the cups were extremely dirty from old coffee. When speaking with the manager saying many coffee cups are filthy he said they usually soak the overnight on Sunday, This was Saturday. What they don’t wash their stuff during the week. What an answer. The food was terrible, three people ordered the poutine and it was cold, the cheese did not melt and the customer put it in the microwave. The hot chicken was cold. At least the chicken breast was hot and delicious. This was a 50th wedding anniversary. The service was terrible and slow. Never going there again.
