Very nice presentation and delicious fresh ingredients. The Salmon Tartare was to die for. It contrasted very well with the crispy Dragon Eye. Very friendly servixe.
If you are a fan of ramen, avoid ordering it at this place. The ramen was really disappointing… I would even say the worst I have eaten in a restaurant. The tonkotsu broth tasted nothing and lukewarm, the pork was full of fat and cold, the eggs were very well cooked and not runny… and what about the pieces of lettuce in the ramen?! The noodles were good though. But everything else was extremely bland and far from worthy of calling it real ramen. Far from the rich and tasty taste of a good tonkotsu ramen.
The poke my partner ordered was ok, but lots of sauce and very intense. The salmon was very good, but the mangoes and tuna were missing from his poké. My ramen was also missing my extra egg and I had to ask for it.
Nothing to say about the freshness of the ingredients however. But this meal wasn't worth $42.
Maybe their forte is sushi and that’s what we should have ordered. I hope so anyways!
