All employees are respectful and service is fast. However 8 dollars for a frapp are you kidding me? Go to Tim Hortons you can easily get a full meal w/ the same price as a cup of coffee at Starbucks. If you wanna brag your wealth then go for it otherwise it’s not worth 8 dollars. So much that I was trying to beat round 40 on chimps in btd6 and this MOAB got me because of my overthinking of the absurdly high prices.

Drink informity comparable to Dunkin. I order something simple from the menu and it's totally different every time. Huge waits as well.
Seriously waiting 10 minutes just to take my order and another 10 minutes to do it when there are 4 people in the restaurant

I don't know if there aren't enough people to serve them or if it's their working methodology, but both receiving an order and delivering it takes a long time, the coffee was bland and tasteless , the cakes seemed old. very disappointing.

The first time we ordered a latte it was a complete failure. We asked for pumps of caramel which were not in the drink even though we had paid extra. Not to mention we waited over 25 minutes in the drive-thru line.
The second time we cannot enter the restaurant, we must order only at the drive-thru. We wanted to make sure we didn't get fooled like the first time and the drinks were completely missed.
We love the Starbucks brand, we always stop there to have a coffee. Only that of Châteauguay does not at all represent the height of the quality of the brand.
