After reading the reviews I was expecting some pretty good food. I was disappointed with what I got. I ordered a mixed sausage plate that comes with sauerkraut. There were three mediocre sausages served with a ridiculously small amount of sauerkraut to accompany them. There was probably equivalent to less than 2 tablespoons of sauerkraut to go with three sausages. Additionally, the fries were Costco type coded fries. Some people really like those, so it is definitely a question...
I visited this spot for the first time and it was a great experience. I had the schnitzel sandwich and swapped out the fries for onion rings. The schnitzel tasted great, nice crunch, the breading wasn't too oily. The bread was nice and crunchy, kind of a hollowed out panini. I asked if they had sauerkraut but the server brought me a little cup of traditional coleslaw that was great. He also brought some German ketchup which had a nice Indian curry tang to it and complemented...
We took a Döner trio and a wrap and they are tasty, a clever mix of vegetables, meat and just enough sauce (not dry or dripping). The fries are divine and the choice of soft drinks is extremely vast (2 brands of grape soda, just to say)it was small gestures that made all the difference
