It's Subway. If you're order is wrong, you made it that way.
Worst subway I've ever been to. Don't go there on a Friday, the stingy owner doesn't bother to order enough toppings to finish the week. Was out of Tuna, pickles, black olives and MAYO at 5pm this Friday because they restock on Saturday. Don't those things keep well over a week anyways (except tuna)!? The guy who was making the sandwich put way too much for the people that were in front of me in the queue leaving nothing for people coming after, knowing he was running out, like he was on a race to finish the toppings. Employees look bored and unbothered and you can see they don't like it there. Looks like a toxic work environment. Every time I go there, it's a 50/50 chance something will be wrong or out of stock.
I don't want to gamble on a simple sandwhich. It's the most basic thing to get wrong. Paying 20$ for a sandwich that doesn't even come with the things you want in it is absurd.

I asked for a 6 inch sandwich, they served me max a 4 inch sandwich: kind of a joke considering it’s 20$ for two 6 inch sandwiches.

Slow service! the sauce are not even displayed. Not recommended to stop by for a subway treat, they spoil the mood.
Awful Service. The young guy who works on Wednesday night (9 pm) is very rude and keeps talking to himself. The store closes at 9:30 but he refused to take clients at 9:05. No greeting, no smiling, no respect, and he makes the sandwiches so aggressively. Never coming back to this subway.
The guy working was extremely rude, like I can't get over how awful he was. I didn't end up ordering because I was so put off by his attitude.
Went there today and the young boy who served me was soooo rude. Went there and told him I had 3 orders, he rolled his eyes and sighed. When I was telling him about the condiments he did a hand motion to tell me hurry up as I was ordering politely. He rolled his eyes and sighed multiple times throughout the exchange which was very disrespectful. I’m not saying he should be very happy but the LEAST you can do is treat customers with respect. Buddy shouldn’t work in customer service. Terrible, horrible service !!!!!!!!!!!!

Restaurant put sauce on the wrong sandwich and didn’t give me sauce on the side so I had a dry sandwich. Called multiple times and nobody answered.

2 cleaning and one doing online orders. She finishes cleaning the front and goes and help the other lady instead of serving front. Very unprofessional & rude. At least say hello to ur customer.
The clerk probably hadn't slept enough, between a zombie and him there was almost no difference. The food was good and the restaurant was clean.

Your employee Michel, whom I had the chance to meet in the evening around 7:00 p.m., offered me extraordinary service. 5 stars: courteous, polite, helpful and smiling. Qualities that are becoming increasingly rare these days. Well done! 🥰
