I pass by this timmie’s every day before work and the employees are nice and efficient! Whenever I pull up to the drive thru window, I am greeted with a smile— great service!

Very slow service not a clue what they’re doing

Je me suis rendue à cet établissement avec deux amies hier soir. La jeune fille qui nous a servies était souriante, serviable, d'une grande politesse. Tout juste avant 22 heures, elle est venue à notre table nous dire que le resto était fermé. Lorsque nous avons quitté et que nous étions dans le stationnement, elle est sortie pour nous saluer. Cette jeune employée a le sens du service à la clientèle.

Never left a review on google but too many times now. 5 stars if you go in the morning, 1 star if you go after 4pm. after 4pm you can expect your coffee to taste like hot water and for some reason most new people who they hire don't seem to know how to actually stir coffee, i never thought that would ever be a problem but at this tims you get that, often.

Vraiment mauvaise service J'ai commandé une pizza la première fois et elle a dit que nous arrêtions de vendre des pizzas à 19 heures. Je suis revenu le lendemain à 18h50 et elle a dit que nous avions arrêté de vendre des pizzas 15 minutes plus tôt pour faire le ménage. Après environ une semaine, je suis arrivé à 18:35 Elle a dit que nous étions fermés pour le pizza . Je lui ai dit que vous fermiez à 7 heures, elle a dit que nous avions besoin de 30 minutes pour nettoyer.

A Tim Horton where the drive-thru is very fast and the order is exact (because an icecap with a splash of toasted hazelnut, elsewhere, it's very often chocolate-hazelnut or even Tiramisu 🤦🏽‍♂️😂🤣)
