I came in and I asked for a sesame bagel double toasted and I told the girl three times make sure double toasted and after that I receive it, it’s not toasted and when I tried to speak with a guy who did that he was so rude with me that’s a very bad review on this Timhorten.

Food. For fast food I find it consistent. Sandwiches and good as well as are the treats. All Tim Hortons have moved to a smaller donut in case you haven’t noticed, but pricing has not reduced. Coffee is weirdly addictive.
Service. My experience was friendly, warm, smiley, and positive attitude.
Atmosphere. It’s fast food so what can you expect. It would be nicer if Tim Hortons interior design would move away for the Burger King and McDonald’s style. Perhaps go more like a proper cafe would be nicer.
Cleanliness depends on the manager at the time and the flow of customers.
It’s very sad this place has not invested in bringing in an engineering consulting firm to discuss not if, it how they could install a drive through. And if it’s a lease, demand the landlord as you’re sitting on more volume as many people don’t go because of this.

ALWAYS out of ice cappuccinos. for the past 2 months i came they had a sign written “No ice capps”. I decided to order anther drink but there were literally zero staff.. called in the back to see lights open but nothing else, Mind you the store was open.
