I have mixed feelings about my opinion because the negative is really not for the morning team, which is exceptional. But what about the evening team? The only one I receive efficient service from is Bob. When Bob is not there, phew! I have been a customer since the place opened. Always the same order, 4-5 times a week. The location makes it the best place for me, so I continue to go back for this simple reason. I order 2 very large triple/triple coffees. Nothing too complicated there. Every other time, either no sugar (problem seems to have been resolved recently) or unbrewed coffees. I have had to drag around little sticks to stir my coffee when our dear evening employees (except Bob) forget to do it or are simply too lazy to do it. The last time, which is what attracts my opinion here, I show up, go to the drive-thru, give my order, arrive in front of the window and the horror begins. An employee arrives with a glass in his hands, seems lost as if he had just seen an apparition of a new planet in front of him, after 30 seconds, he puts the cream in the glass, the coffee, closes the lid and moves on to the second coffee, this time I see him put the sugar, the coffee, the lid and hop he hands me the two coffees, which I still haven't paid for yet. I politely ask him if it is possible to stir my 2 coffees because he hasn't done it. He tells me that he has. I asked him "With the spoon?" he answers "No need, it is stirred when I put the coffee in". I explained to him that if he doesn't do it with the spoon, the sugar stays at the bottom of the glass and it doesn't mix with the rest of the glass. He opened the 2 coffees and complied, Thank you. I told him that he should make me pay before giving me the coffees. He called another employee who came to make me pay and gave me the 2 coffees. Remember the first glass he arrived with from who knows where! Well, all that, he hadn't put sugar in the coffee. Not only do I have to carry around stirring sticks but also sugar (Just in case)!!! I don't know who, Chantale or Manon, reads and responds to these reviews but PLEASE A little more training wouldn't hurt! Thank you!

Although the food is good, the service is poor. In the middle of an outing with my brother we decide to go to Tim's to get a coffee. Arriving at the order terminal I ask for a very simple coffee and a decaf coffee for my brother. I am told there is no decaf. So I ask is it because there aren't any anymore or because there aren't any in fact. They tell me “there’s no decaf coffee made”. So I ask to make some since we came for a coffee and a decaf. The employee's attitude suddenly changed. I am informed that it will take more or less 15 minutes before it is ready. I informed him that we were going to wait and that was why we had come. Once we got to the window to pay, we were given angry faces. I don't recommend. Avoid this place.

I ordered a very large French vanilla and they didn't fill it completely. 🙄
Sunday 4:55pm
I had asked the counter staff if they had any Tim Bits in strawberry flavor, and I was informed that it would be ready in about 10 minutes. I agreed to wait, understanding that it would take a short time to prepare. However, after waiting for 25 minutes, I was unexpectedly told that the item was on back order, which was very frustrating.
The lack of communication during the wait, as well as the sudden change in information, left me feeling disappointed with the service.

Bunch of scammers here. Multiple times free coffees were loaded in the app and they charged full price for them.

Worst Tim I've seen, wrong date in orders, very long waiting time, and bad service
food was cold, was told i had to be charged for honey with my coffee, it’s literally supposed to be free, lady was talking instead of charging me for my order. my bagel was also half cut let alone harder than a rock and ice cold.

Too bad, there was no strong coffee. Otherwise, I notice that they followed another big chain with touch screens, it's good in terms of efficiency, but less in terms of humans. The toilets smelled clean and that's perfect.

I came here because the night service at the first time when entering Chateauguay was horrible and this one the girl was great you must have had a fairly important change of employment because for a few months it's been nonsense... I went to have never a mistake (I go at 4 a.m. so often the only one at the drive-thru) now I have mistakes in everything.. they never give me the right thing or never what I ask for.. the one who is there from Thursday never takes the time to write the order and has it repeated several times by the fact who does not write it down and still makes mistakes.. in short I am really disappointed with the loss of quality of dear tim from the time he worked until now
it's hard at 10:30 p.m.
