Today i went there and the service was so bad i ordered my coffee first then the person who took my order just started to explain something to other worker there and ignored me. In addition, the taste of the French vanilla was so bad it tastes like watered coffee with no flavor. Plus this is not the first time the taste has been this awful. Last time i went there it tasted like this and they still hadn't changed anything. I know the taste of the normal French vanilla and it's not like that. I hope they will change this problem as soon as possible.

I usually don’t call out restaurants. Especially corporate restaurants that probably won’t do anything about it because it’s a waste of time. But MY LORD is the customer service at the Honda Tim Hortons ever terrible. Food is always cold, they take for ever, 95% of the time the order is never right. But today…….
I made my order at the drive in. As I’m coming to the window and my daughter said she was thirsty and forgot to ask for a water. I get to the window and I say, “my apologies can I add a water to the order my daughter forgot to ask”. The guy tells me flat out no. Here I am smirking because I figured he’s just messing around with me. But in fact he was VERY serious. I asked him, “you’re joking right?” He responds, “no we don’t take orders at the window.” I said it’s a water bottle and I’ve never been to a drive in or a Tim Hortons that doesn’t allow you to add something at the window. Can’t you just add it to my original bill or ring up another bill if it’s a system issue? Guy answers with “ My boss said no and it’s her choice. We’re our own Tim Hortons Thank you!” NEVER at any restaurant drive in have I been told I can’t add to my order, “even if it sometimes can be an inconvenience which is understandable”. Most ignorant and worse customer service I’ve ever seen. I clearly see why they have a 3 star with horrendous reviews on google. P.S my Timatin tasted like the bottom of the Dog Water bowl.

Worst Managed tims with employees so lost
Over populated with unqualified employees and long waiting times for no reason
Do not go there ! A much better tims is less than 5 mins away !

Wrong order every single time. This morning I got a large 2 milk 1 splenda with two extra on the side. i got 1 cream, 1 milk, 1 splenda. Also asked for a large french vanilla with espressos, no espresso. Ordered a lunch BLT on a plain bagel, got it on the long bread. When told I asked for a plain bagel, the man said no you didn’t and handed me the rest of my order, not even willing to fix it. Then had to come back for my espresso shots in my french vanilla. At the drive thru screen, things seemed right and yet it was all wrong. Not only do they give the wrong orders to customers, they do not value employees. I was supposed to start on a Thursday and the day before I got a text saying nevermind and that the lady took too many people to train at once, and that they’ll call me if they need me. I had just come from two different tim hortons, I didn’t need much training, maybe a refresher. Never heard back from her but they were looking for people to work according to their sign on the door. Trainwreck of a place.

It was a take out . I am 2 min away from this tim horton. Took a pizza as my son like it. It was already cold and check the pizza pic. It's an art how you can mess a simple pizza like this .
