The service is not that good. Just got a coffee from here. They need to clean more often. They also need to wash their outdoor bins because there are way too many bees swarming around it

Went through the drive through service very poor,there was a car in front of me that car waited approx 41/2min before employee came through to take that order person advaned I pulled up waited same amount of time I gave my order will NOT go to this franchise again i will go to st jean Baptist location much better drive through service

This Tim deserves 5 star! Frankly I don’t know why this Tim has got some negative comments. But personally speaking this early morning I passed by here from Montreal and I experienced good service and I felt the whole team is passionate and positive. I appreciated it so much! It must be one of the cleanest Tim if it’s in Montreal and I donated for 16 Juillet Camps for the respect of their hard work!

How can the sell anything if they don't have anything? Asked for a breakfast bagel "we have no plain or sesame, just everything bagel". Ok, sure we'll take the breakfast BLT. "Oh, we don't have bacon" Ok, can we have the chicken wrap? "No, we can't make that right now, we are out of chicken. Also we have no artisanal bread left". Ok, fine. How about a bagel and cream cheese? "Oh we are all out of cream cheese".

Service on weekends very slow and the coffee no matter which one you take never tastes the same (the strength of the coffee) and I can't forget the food. Whereas during the week when it's the same lovely ladies it's very different.
