Restaurant Henri de Chertsey

**30 mai 2025** - Commande passée en ligne à 15h37 - 17h30 : commande toujours pas reçue (1 petite pizza + poutine) Je téléphone pour apprendre que le service de commande en ligne ne fonctionne pas actuellement. Très décevant de ne pas en informer les clients et de les laisser attendre **deux heures** pour rien. Aucune excuse de la part du restaurant, seulement cette réponse : _"Non, on n'avertit pas quand ça arrive."_ et bien je vous avertie que c'était la dernière fois que je commandais chez vous restaurant Henry a Joliette 🛑❌

La pizza est vraiement bonne. Tellement bonne que j'ai jamais essayé autre chose chez Henri.

J'avais entendu de mauvais commentaires sur ce restaurant, c'est pourquoi j'ai pris un bon moment avant de commander. Voici mon expérience : Mon conjoint vient d'aller chercher une pizza large "spéciale du chef" qui était prête en 10 minutes. Montage et cuisson inclus ? Résultat : des bouts froids à l'intérieur, une pâte molle… Clairement une pizza congelée pas assez cuite. J'habite à côté, et ça prend 5 minutes pour aller au Henry (chertsey). J'ai pris une bouchée froide qui goûtait littéralement le congélateur. Si elle avait été mieux cuite, je ne m'en serais peut-être pas rendu compte, mais le chef n'a pas fait son travail correctement. S'assurer que la cuisson des aliments est adéquate avant de les servir aux clients, c'est la base. Bref, 35 $ pour une pizza congelée, sérieusement ? C'est vraiment se moquer des gens. Et quand mon conjoint a appelé, la personne nous a dit que tout était frais et préparé sur place et que la pizza avait peut-être refroidi. Pourtant, elle sortait littéralement du four quand il est arrivé. Mentir à ses clients, c'est un gros NON. J'ai travaillé en restauration, et je sais qu'il est impossible de monter une pizza large et de la cuire en seulement 10 minutes. Le résultat de cuisson n'a absolument rien à voir avec une pizza fraîche!

Relatively upscale and popular hot dog stand (in a good way) with ample parking for a quick bite on your way up north to cottage country on the 125. Very large menu selection including the usual burgers, hot dogs, fries and poutine but also pizzas, subs, spaghetti, roast chicken, etc and daily meal specials as well as desserts and an ice cream stand. Lots of indoor and also outdoor seating in summer. Convenient too as there is a grocery, drug store and gas station right next door.

Went last week for lunch with two other people nothing that we ordered was fresh or hot extremely disappointing and a terrible waste of money I won’t ever be returning
If you want to eat old cold leftovers for 20$ a person chez Henri chertsey is the place

The pizza is excellent, but the clearly exaggerated price of a beer at $20 each means that I recommend avoiding the place. Way too expensive for 2 people over $60.

We went there Saturday Nov 16 2024, ordered 2 hot dogs steamed and a poutine. The hot dog bun was dried from it sitting too long on the counter, sausage was cold. Both hot dogs. Same with the poutine, the fries were luke warm, the cheese curds weren't squeaking at all and sauce was luke warm. VERY disappointing as we used to go there all the time back when it was La Patate a Marco. VERY disappointing.

Poutinette, liquid sauce with no cheese taste, too cold on top.
Disappointed with my experience and to add to it at the end of the meal when leaving, a beautiful mouse walking in front of me.
You have seen me but you will never see me again. Too bad because under the previous owner, when it was called Marco, it was really superior.
