Attentive service but horrible latte with burnt taste. Delicious country bread.
We visited the bakery on a Thursday lunchtime - we were looking for somewhere to have dinner between activities, and always like to favor local businesses. We saw the great reviews and website with several dinner options, and decided to go with this bakery.
When we arrived, the young lady at the checkout had very little manners (we said to ourselves that it was probably her first day!)
We see the poster saying “sandwich, pizza, salad and soup”. So we ask for the sandwich option - 3 pre-made sandwiches in the fridge (there are 4 of us); the salad option? We don't have any; the pizza option? Not available; the soup option… that’s available, but at 30 degrees, it’s less appealing to us. We opted for a ham and cheese braid which was excellent, but very little ham; and a tomato/pesto fougasse, still good but there was very little tomato/pesto. So we left very disappointed… with the images on the website and the “menu” poster at the entrance, we expected a few more options. It’s a super beautiful place though, lots of potential! The baker was very nice :).

One of the best croissants I’ve eaten. (And I’ve tried many.) I told my husband I’m moving here so I can have one every day.

The picture is of an old textile plant just up the street, they are supposed to turn it into condos but ran out of money. O Terroir was Fabulous.

The guy at the checkout took care to take the smallest croffin from the choices instead of the one closest to him and put it upside down in the bag. Really ordinary and what's more, the cash register requires you to tip even if there is no table service. The pastries were good, the croissant was a little dry and the croffin was not really crispy.
