Great little bakery. My wife and I live just over the border in VT. The woman working there was patient with our horrible attempts at speaking French, and began speaking English for us which was thoughtful. The blueberry cheese Danish was amazing, not too sweet. The cruffin was also amazing, loaded with Nutella and very filling. Parking lot is a little tight.

The bakery is good! They have nice food, the bread is really good. When it comes to ambiance, it’s a nice looking place, but a little cozy music would help. Sadly on this Sunday, we were really badly served. The young woman was really unpleasant, rude and cold, not helping at all with any questions. She also said that the bread in the freezer, because she just put it in there, we would pay full price instead of the listed price. I will certainly give it another try, but I’m most likely to come to get bread and go have it elsewhere.Vegetarian options: They have oat milk

I want to go back to Coaticook just for this place. They have a croissant made with autumn spices and pumpkin filling, it’s just too good. The milk here is fresh from the cow, 3.8% and it’s to die for. Large cafe area and clean premises. Everything I could ask for

I was happy to try this local bakery, everything looks delicious! However, I remain mixed. I bought 3 frozen breads, I paid more than if I had bought the same thing fresh ? (according to the prices on their site, I was unhappy only to realize it at home). I will definitely go back hoping it was a mistake. I will adjust my review accordingly, if necessary ❤️

We went on a Sunday and the clerk who answered us was great. He took the time to serve us and made me a coffee that I will never forget. The chocolatine, croissant and Swiss were wonderful. If you pass by, stop at this place without hesitation!

The bread is made fresh every day & the croissant's are worth the drive. Hard working family.

This is a hidden treasure in the townships. As a local that enjoys supporting local businesses, this bakery is as ‘local’ as it gets. From growing their own organic grains, to harvesting, to baking the amazing baked goods. The price is extremely reasonable. We got 4 pastries 2 coffees (which were really good) for under $30.00.If you live in the greater Sherbrooke area and you’re looking to do something with you’re family early Saturday morning, this is it.
