I love it but we can no longer find your mint and chocolate chip ice cream and it makes me very sad

Great local stop when visiting the gorge or Foresta Lumina. All their usual flavors plus special ones when getting a cone. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Many flavors of fresh cheese including aged ones. Bought a huge bag of curds and they were great!

We went for a hike nearby and made a stop at the Laiterie de Coaticook. The ice cream was absolutely delicious, and we couldn’t resist picking up one of their original buckets to take home!

There’s plenty of parking available, and the outdoor seating is perfect for enjoying a treat. Inside, the place has a charming, vintage atmosphere that adds to the experience.

A popular stop during my trip to Quebec. An address where you should stop for an ice cream after a trip to Coaticook Park.
The service is warm. We took two small ones which are the equivalent of normal in France for vacationers who would make an excursion here. I recommend the maple taffy ice cream and the mango ice cream.

Extremely crowded. Long lines.
Ended up not buying anything but seems to be a cool place on a summer afternoon

I will start off by saying that Coaticook ice cream in general is absolutely amazing. My favorite ice cream by far! It tastes like a rich milkshake without being too heavy, so smooth and creamy.

BUT, half of the latest cone scoop options they have on the menu in their shop were some of the weirdest and unappealing flavors I have ever seen, and I've been to many ice cream shops across North America and like a variety of flavors.

I'm not sure whether I had a high expectation due to everyone's opinion or what, but I find the ice creams at this place, very ordinary, and to be honest, maybe a little low quality in comparison to many other places. We tried a few different kinds, and I had to throw mine in the trash half eaten.

Finally paid a visit to the home of the world-famous Coaticook ice cream. Here you can find many different flavors not available in supermarkets.
