Tim Hortons coffee has changed a lot and most of places I visit are dirty, flies, unclean washrooms and you name it. Flies on donuts and coffee like a socks juice.
If you keep treating your customers badly, this is the start of the end.

I asked for toasted white bread with jam. Received brown bread, the toast was cold and a drop of jam on only one of the toast. I asked for a splash of jam and the employee seemed exasperated at my request; she didn't give me a knife to spread it with. Worst Tim Horton's visit

Polite cashier despite sighs of impatience. Missing a coffee from the order.
One of the sandwiches was not as ordered, we had to order it twice to get what was ordered. The kitchen attendant broke up the sandwich aggressively (throwing the cheese). We're going to ask them for a knife Phew! Eyes rolling and it was practically thrown at us. I understand that Tims have deteriorated so much that they should be avoided now.

We recently vacationed in Coaticook. Neither my partner nor I speak very much french. We used the drive thru 4 times during our vacation. All three times, the drinks were made perfectly. The drive thru staff was friendly and helpful (the first time we tried to order in french it was a disaster) the staff corrected our mistake and refunded the difference which was totally amazing and very professional! We can now order that particular order in french. Thank you so much for your patience with our less than adequate french!
PS the drive thru was not signed very well and we entered from the wrong way every time lol

They never have anything, except coffee.. Ha no even they were told that neither when they wanted to order iced coffees.. I think the only thing I recommend is to go elsewhere .
