Wonderful lunch at this place - innovative and tasty food, really loved it. Excellent soup and appetizers (loved the snails in blue cheese sauce), and beautifully presented entrees. Creme brulee and fruit sherbet complemented well everything. A definite on the to-go list!

Superb restaurant, we were four friends for Valentine's Day and tried several different formulas (for gourmets, “La Luxure” is excellent value). For starters: a local duck salad, a superb Hatley Road risotto and for dessert a maple syrup tart to die for... The atmosphere is warm and the decor unique. We love it!

Le 5e Element is one of the most beautiful and creative restaurant I have ever been to. The food quality, presentation and flavour were simply outstanding. A dinner of this quality is at least twice the price anywhere else. Highly recommend.

WoW! Incredible quality. The dishes are excellent and the presentation is just as good. The portions are generous, everything is really affordable. The table d’hôte can be modified according to your appetite, I like the idea. The soup starter is so delicious, it’s a real cloud. We had the trout fillet as well as the scallops and shrimp. In both cases, the cooking was perfect, that is to say not overcooked (finally!). I was skeptical about the tropical salad, but I was wrong, they knew how to properly dose the quantity of berries, which brings freshness to the plate of Hatley cheese risotto. I also recommend the two desserts, orange crème brûlée (divine) as well as the syrup tart. Reduced wine list, but low prices. We will definitely return! Bravo to the chef (yes, yes he does all that alone!).
