We were greeted by Delphine at the checkout with a great smile afterwards we wanted chocolatine there was only one left immediately she suggested we check at the back if there wasn't another one (extremely diligent with us) we also mentioned to her that for Tim's fans it had been a long time since we had been entitled to such a service in Tim's and that she had made our morning... while waiting for our order we observed the rest of the team who were smiling and full of enthusiasm (suggests great team) plus the place was very clean more than acceptable. If it had been possible to give more than 5 stars it would have been 8/5 for us (we go to Tim's more than 15 times per month) to say well done you have by far a great team. And Delphine is the cherry...I have worked in the public sector for over 35 years so let me know if I take the time to write comments, I who never really do one, we will take the detour to come back to it

During the week the service is great, on the weekend it is much slower, it shows on the food and the service when the staff who are usually full time during the day are not there.
Good service in general, but every time there is new staff they are never well trained. Ordering 3 sandwiches none arrived as ordering we went to ask them if it was possible to start them again so that when we left with the three sandwiches they were still poorly made and a huge lack of love (toppings) train your employees your reputation depends on it.
