Great food and great service (I gave it 3 for Atmosphere because it's in a mall foodcourt). Would be nice if they delivered.

I have never seen a place where you are so poorly received! I approach the counter on the cash side and the boss in a dry, condescending and totally disrespectful tone tells me in English go to the other side! I go there, there is no one there, I am the only customer, the rush hour has passed, and no one looks at me, a business employee does not even look up and the boss looks to the right, to the left completely ignoring me as if I was less than nothing! This moment lasts about ten minutes! Abominable service, this is the first and last time I set foot in this place managed by unfriendly people who clearly don't need customers! Rude people who make you feel like you're too much! There are so many pleasant places where you are welcomed as you should be! On the other hand the place is disgusting! If they had an inspection, they wouldn't pass the test!
Looking for a great falafel. This is the place.Don't let the location fool you. The best falafel I've eaten to date in the city. Hits the spot.Many other items on the menu which I will give a try in the future.
