I ordered on uber A plain slice pizza and poutine. I received a veggie slice and burnt dry poutine. Called them up to let them know the guy banged down the phone on me and refused to do anything about it.

Price is okay, I guess its according to the area and mall’s prices. So higher than usual, but okay. However the taste is bad. Literally cardboard. All you can taste is the canned olives. Its difficult to bite/digest. The sauce and cheese are non-existent. The service is good, they’re good people. Just the pizza is honestly bad.

Just called to make an order based on the menu posted on the very nice looking website. The young man on the other end of the line told me 'we do not do that anymore. I think prices have gone up.' When asked, simply said he did not know what the prices were except that they had generally gone up. I asked him whether the owner knew what the prices for pizza were. He said he did not know. Scratching my head here for real..is this a prank?Note - this was edited to reflect the food. While the counter seems to be run by teenagers who are still learning how to do customer service, the pizza is actually really tasty and fresh. The prices were also reasonable - good if you have a family to feed.

Pizza isn’t fully cooked you can feel the dough is raw, they don’t care about hygiene they forgot to close the door and I saw the “chef” picking his nose and not washing his hands let alone where gloves masks where not worn by the Cashier, the Cashier said no tax if a pay in cash this is litter lay illegal and I also reported them to “Regié de Nourttuire de Quebec”

I placed a big pizza order with this business ( the new owner )The owner offered me a price and we closed on this price offer. When I came to pick up the pizza order form my sons birthday, one hour before the birthday starts ,he did not respect the price that he offered me. He charged me a higher price per pizza (7 pizzas ) plus he added tax but didn’t give me an invoice which is very dishonest ( he said he has to pay tax on cash but didn’t give me an invoice … interesting and illegal .He knew that I have no other choice since I had a party and I would have to take the pizzas- so I was basically stuck. In his response he says it’s illegal not paying tax but that’s what’s he was trying to do. I have never dealt with anyone so dishonest - to take advantage of me just because he can. If your word is worthless than you are worthless.What a difference between this owner and the previous owner of this business. Too bad that this is how your treat your customers , too bad that a religious man wearing a Yamaka lies like this and to do this to me on my sons birthday. I will never do business with you again. This man is so disrespectful that at a Certain point He was laughing at me telling me to go to pizza pita…. I will next time.Monday morning he will be reported to tax services.
