My partner and I followed 2 training courses: baking and pastries. We loved these 2 days spent in the company of other students and appreciated Jean-Sébastien's knowledge. He makes these training sessions pleasant, clear and easy. He answers all our questions and shares his experience with us. Thanks to this training, we make our own baguettetines, which are always very successful. Thank you to the entire Mie Bretonne team.

We routinely make a road trip up from Vermont just for the amazing Baguettes and Croissants! My husband has lived in France and says these are as authentic as he has ever had. The baguettes are crispy outside and have a delicious open crumb. The flavor is outstanding. The croissant are perfectly laminated, tender and so tasty. La Mie Bretonne clearly has the most skilled boulanger and pâtissier. We order online and pick up a large order, then freeze them individually wrapped to enjoy for a month or more. They warm up beautifully in our oven and taste almost like freshly made. The staff is very friendly and helpful and switch easily from French (for my husband) to English (for me.) Highly recommended!

They are not very keen to make attempts to communicate with Anglos.
Amazing baguette! Def will come again. Croissants looked very good, too. Staff friendly and were more than willing to speak with us in English. Parking super easy, found a spot right outside the door.

Nous avons passé une magnifique journée très active et etcompris les notions de fabrication d’un pain sante artisanal et de la baguette. Inscrivez-vous… vous ne le regretterez pas!

I love going here, particularly for their Abricotine pastries. The staff are friendly and polite.You order at the counter and they bring your order to your table. Seating is slim and a bit cramped with 19 chairs between 5 seat groupings.
