For our wedding, we chose l'Archipel caterer, and we couldn't be more delighted with our decision. The meal they delivered was exceptional, both in terms of quality and presentation. The “sharing plate” format was particularly appreciated by our guests, creating a friendly and warm atmosphere. Archipelago's service was impeccable from start to finish, with attention to detail that really made the difference. Additionally, they handled my tree nut and peanut allergies with great care and professionalism, which was greatly appreciated. We highly recommend L'Archipel to anyone looking for high quality catering for a special event.

Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with the services of this caterer. We don't know what the justifying circumstances were for them, perhaps a busy time - but we were disappointed from start to finish. First of all, communication was extremely difficult (no order confirmation or response all week before the event, until the very morning, and then sometimes more than a week before getting a response to finalize the billing. together). Then, the most difficult element to understand was the significant errors in the order. 24 desserts instead of 36, several lunch items missing, pad thai with shrimp and tofu (both together?) rather than beef, no vegetarian meal, etc. No preparation instructions as indicated, no instructions regarding the bins to return. Finally, we found it very unfortunate the way we were initially answered when we called them to report the errors. One of the two employees took no responsibility and seemed completely indifferent to the fact that our guests were arriving in 1 hour and that we had colossal errors in our order. Fortunately the second employee was much more courteous and did her best to save our weekend and the food was delicious - but a 10% discount on the order even though we had to remove the shrimp ourselves one by one to add beef, in our opinion this is very insufficient compensation. I wish them well, but unfortunately we will choose another caterer for our next event.

I didn't give it 5 stars because 74 dollars for two vegetarian dishes (autumn salad and stuffed zucchini) and two drinks (tea and kombucha) is way too expensive!! Too bad because my local friends no longer go there largely for this reason and I would do the same if I lived here.
