I waited 12 minutes to receive a peppermint mocha. I find it REALLY LONG.
I take the trouble to order from the service (to encourage our young people to work) and even the cashier had his back turned, he took 4 orders before he took my order.
A family arrived after me ordering at the same place (so no pre-order) received their meal before me.
I find it valuable that I am not passed off as a customer because we buy a coffee (especially since it is more profitable than food) But that the drive-thru service was Yes because it is in a hurry. I was coming back from my walk to warm up, so I couldn't get behind the wheel...

Great service with the night shift. We received our meals quickly! Despite a small oversight in an order, the manager was polite and courteous and remade the 1/4 pound for us.
