Lots of errors for delivery lately, don't bother ordering after 7, they just send you whatever, cold wrong stuff, complaining about it doesn't get you anywhere. Kinda hit or miss lately, but paying full price plus extra for delivery. Pretty sure I been told I would get refunded but yeah most often doesn't happen, but unless order is cancelled you still get charged and if they do refund it's not including the delivery extras... Kinda missing the point, I get if it's not the drivers fault but like yeah door dash needs to have a certain accountability. Having order wait for pickup for hour + is on them.

Only ordered 2 mcflurries and 2 McDoubles and it took 30 minutes! Doesn’t help that they also don’t tell any of the teenagers to be more respectful and to tell them to stop running around screaming but the main thing that just made me so angry was having to wait 30 minutes for 2 McDoubles and 2 mcflurries that is insane

I waited 12 minutes to receive a peppermint mocha. I find it REALLY LONG.
I take the trouble to order from the service (to encourage our young people to work) and even the cashier had his back turned, he took 4 orders before he took my order.
A family arrived after me ordering at the same place (so no pre-order) received their meal before me.
I find it valuable that I am not passed off as a customer because we buy a coffee (especially since it is more profitable than food) But that the drive-thru service was Yes because it is in a hurry. I was coming back from my walk to warm up, so I couldn't get behind the wheel...
