I had a Greek salad delivered to the BMP hospital with brownies. The delivery guy forgot the dessert at 5:30 p.m. and told me he would come back.... At 11:00 p.m. I still hadn't received them. Cheaper than that you die. It wasn't worth a $3,00 tip.

I have been a loyal customer since 2010 and also worked with them and this place is absolutely adorable and food is great!! I can confirm that the owner is extremely honest and care about his customers. Those who call to complain and disrespect us on the phone about prices changes and making false accusations when they still have 2020/2021 menu is ridiculous. Obviously prices have changed and they are online and new menu are being distributed….Cost of life goes up for everyone even business owners. 💖 Let’s be understanding and respectful to our little businesses!

Very disappointed this evening, the two cashiers gave me fairly ordinary service. First on the phone she gives me a price, when I get to the cash register the price on the interact machine is $40 more than the price mentioned. One of them tells me that it's a mistake, they didn't give the right price... I pay without saying anything. The cashier looks at me and tells me that next time it's up to me to look at the specials if it's too expensive for me. Firstly, I'm not from the area and I don't receive the booklets, secondly it's not my place to offer the specials because I don't work there and I don't know them. With the attitude received, and the flat comments I do not recommend this place, I am dissatisfied.

i ordered the wraps and a hamburger, the food was good if it weren't for the chicken bones in on of my wrap and and a strands and shards of plastic in my food.

called to ask about the new Wrap they are selling to see exactly what is in it because i was interested on ordering it. i ask nicely if i can change the sauce that is in it to something else, like a bbq sauce or along those lines and the man on the phone got insulted by my request and said that i refuse to do it that way. Boy im not asking you to eat it, this is how i want it how i want to eat it. if someone asks for food a certain way make it that way dont get pissy and give attitude. no wonder why everyone doesnt wanna order from this place anymore
To this day I always have their bacon and onion poutine and I am completely satisfied. Good portion for the price!

I have been a customer for over 15 years and I can say with certainty that the service is rotten. Above all, don't ask for something "special" like the sauce on the side or even simply to reheat your sauce pck you won't have anything really deplorable how they do nothing to satisfy their customers
