Went inside at 4:30pm and I’m pretty sure the trays left in the holder was from the lunch rush. It didn’t look appetizing or clean. We decided to go to McDonald’s instead. You will use clients if that’s how little you think of them. No reason for it to be left so dirty

So much noise, despite the empty restaurant, that I had to repeat my name 3 times to the cashier. 2 errors in my meal. The chicken is warm-cold, dry and pink.
Not even had two minutes of peace and one of the employees on break comes and sits down to tell her manager that she doesn't want to be at work and about her evening the day before with the doorman of the bar who thinks she got her already talked about it on snap.
Zero professionalism. I hope it closes soon.

I ordered croquettes and a salad at 1 p.m.... 1h30 later I still hadn't received my order.. I called twice, clearly their employees didn't give a damn.. that doesn't make sense! ! The last time I called he said ahh Well, you'll be the next good news in another 20 minutes... see, I was supposed to be happy with that? It's annoying I told them to put my order in the trash, but they probably reheated my cooled food to pass it on to others 🤦♀️ because they told me they would rather throw away my food than do it to me at half price. .. 🤦♀️🤣almost 2 hours of waiting!! COME ON This restaurant really disappoints me! Once raw chicken... Once they forgot to give me my fries.. let's see the fries 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ a leg..a piece of bread and the sauce.. when you call to ask complain they tell you that you have to wait 48 hours to speak to someone who will take the complaint but the person does not call back! ...Today it's been enough I'm going to encourage roasted Lecoq now for my chicken!!

Really disappointed I paid $40 for my meal which took 1 hour 15 minutes to receive. They forgot my Caesar salad. It took another 45 minutes of waiting. Such a great service that it's the first and last time with St-Hubert in Cowansville.

I wanted to order a poutine for my 2 daughters who were hungry for their order never the guy on the phone told me it's going to cost 32$ scuse for a poutine to separate for 2 children anything finished for me 32$ for a mega surely my not a small one you are very far in the prices

We sat in the drive-thru for nearly 40 minutes with only two cars ahead of us. It got so bad that cars behind us started breaking the line to leave, and we ended up having to leave without ordering. This level of service is an absolute disgrace to the Saint-Hubert brand or any drive-thru restaurant, for that matter.

We went on a Sunday evening, it wasn't too busy. The staff were very friendly and we got our food quickly. The food was good, but the atmosphere is not the same as a regular St Hubert. However, the staff really made up for that with their high quality service.
