Kitchen: practically everything was “unavailable”.

Service: the employees are unpleasant and very inefficient. Rarely seen such poor service. One of the employees who made the sandwiches was sick and kept coughing (she could have worn a mask), not very hygienic.

Atmosphere: employees come out of their “employee” areas to walk around while there are customers. And no one picks up the waste lying around on the tables…

Promotion 6 free biscuits with the purchase of a 12 inch but no biscuits, no olives for sandwiches and even no bags! Same price though! By trying to win a customer, you lost them! #boycott

Unprofessional and very slow service, we would say a lack of will on the part of the employees. Didn't even bother to close the sandwich properly AND after asking to close my sandwich with a knife because otherwise I can't even eat it, I got a big sigh from the very disappointed.

Poor kid working alone at the dinner rush but told to make online orders first waited 39 minutes to get told I need to wait for them to make the online order. Not well organized needs more staff

The service is rendered deplorable, every time I go now. There is always the person who crowns. It's out of stock. No one puts their name tag anymore. One wonders why… not always yarn, nor their uniform. I will understand if he was in training but no it is not written. And if we have the misfortune to make a small remark, we get a stupid answer. I can understand bad service once but three times…
