female worker is rude to english people
extremely rude worker.
Food is good hard to order the female worker was very seperitist didn’t want to help. Knew English didn’t want to speak it gave attitude don’t come here
The guy that was there was slow and I had to tell him twice that he didn't do the right thing. The table was also dirty.

Service has gone down, slow and steady sure but sloth like movement, like seriously, took longer than usual and nobody was in front of me. Wrap wasn't wrapped right or mixed up ingredients.
Really not satisfied with the service it was not very professional, Sunday October 20 3:30 p.m., only one employee behind the counter who knows neither the buttons on the cash register nor how to make sandwiches while the other is seated at a table with her feet on a chair without uniform and dictated to her what to do from afar when she didn't finish responding to the other employee, many customers in line, so we decided to leave for the other Subway on river street while saying that we would have time to get there and be served before the other Subway, it's the same owner so I should have expected that but the people have no smile, the ice machine is broken and the liquor fountain hot but no one to warn us, then I was eating with my mother in the dining room and an employee came next to us at a table to listen to broadcast on his phone with the music and the volume quite raised, I'm someone who usually loves Subway, I even encourage it but Cowansville for me it was the last time sorry

Lack of staff! Lots of turnover. But the restaurant is cleaner. Please try to have fun like I do to encourage our young people to stay!! But I recommend Subway vs the one near the multipurpose

Saturday after the power outage, the staff is completely overwhelmed but they give everything they have! Wow I want to thank them. If the owner or manager reads these lines, you owe them!!!

The employee present on May 31 at 4:15 p.m. was alone for our 8 orders. He did it like a boss in two steps. Super effective. Delightful. A big, well-deserved tip for this dedicated employee.

No tomatoes! They didn't have time to cut them??, let's see it takes 2 minutes, especially since they don't cut them with unacceptable knives. Welcome to 2024!

Don't go there, there is just 1 employee, extremely long, missing half of the types of bread, no more steak either, plus you have to pay for bottled drinks because their fountain machine doesn't work.and what's more It seems normal.
Always a safe choice filled with fresh veggies and decent portion for the price
