Still closed. I go there twice a week around 5:30 p.m., which doesn't seem excessive to me. I've never seen this Tim open.
I don't understand why the Tim Hortons banner allows one of its franchisees to open so little. Very becoming, even frustrating

Really, there is a lack of seriousness and adults here. The employees talk and care about giving us good service. 30 min just for a wrap when there is no one there.....
And no, I don't want to fill out your online form, I want a manager or owner to do their job

Honestly, I have never been so disappointed. We went through the drive, firstly the wait was extremely long, secondly our order was not the right one. We asked to change the ice cap served by the iced coffee request and it took over 10 minutes of additional waiting. Throughout this wait, employees were hanging around and making nasty comments. Once we left, we realized that they hadn't given us a straw for my boyfriend's ice cap and that the muffin we had ordered was not the right one. Sincerely, unpleasant service, zero professionalism and order taking to work!

Over a 30 minute wait, what a waste of time. I understand the shortage of workers, however there is a limit.

What's the point of keeping this restaurant open when it closes before 5 p.m.? I recommend you go to the other one located at 1615 Rue du Sud.

September 1 during my daughter's tournament. I came across an arrogant and rude cashier (he is tall and has tattoos on both forearms). I politely ask him to add something to my order. He starts talking to me inappropriately (I'm not going into details). Several mothers on the team experienced a disastrous service. I'll let you guess that we all represent the VISible minority!!!!

I ordered 30 minutes ago and I still haven't been served while the staff has time to chat and have fun instead of working

Walk in @9:30am Saturday 31st August. Took 15min for two farmers wraps, coffee and a toast. There were like 8 of you behind the counter including the tall dark hair manager who’s always there ….you guys are seriously useless. The manager needs to be fired because this isn’t the first time they are extremely slow.

Very mediocre and slow service, they forgot several things in my order and that of my friends and there are 8 of them in the kitchen but all they do is talk
For my part, the Tim Hortons on J.A. Deragon in Cowansville is by far the worst supposedly fast service restaurant I have ever been to, a huge waste of time is part of the daily atmosphere of this restaurant, the service is lousy 8 times out of 10 , the employees don't seem to take the importance of good customer service seriously, it's a shame because the few good employees who work there are penalized, the drive-thru is endless, I don't dare imagine what it might look like inside, we are made to repeat the orders several times and in our case, regularly errors in the orders, during my last visit, 15 minutes of waiting at the window for 1 ham/cheese sandwich at the drive-thru, not normal, the drive-thru employees allow themselves to chat with the customers who are in their car for several minutes while a line of 5-6 cars wait to get their order and I could add more, it's really nonsense! Nothing to do with the Tim Hortons on South Street in Cowansville at the Walmart which offers much better service in my opinion!!!

I generally avoid Tim's like the plague but it was the only place open and folks were hungry.
Everyone is so depressed / depressing here, both the clients and staff. No smiles, no one wants to be here. Stopping here reminded me that Tim's in general is where dreams go to die in Late Stage Capitalism.
