Depuis 10 ans nous avons toujours été très satisfait de cette pizzéria. Cependant nous avons connu deux déceptions au cours du dernier mois. Une pizza qui avait apparence d'une feuille de papier avec très peu de condiments et une petite croute dure. Et hier nous avons commandé une pizza garni avec petite frite. La pizza nous est arrivé avec beaucoup, beaucoup de peperonis, à peine quelques morceaux de champignons et même chose pour les poivrons. Après avoir signifié notre insatisfaction à la serveuse celle-ci nous a carrément dit et je cite '' vous ne reviendrez plus! ''a carrément fouillé dans le restant de notre assiette 😱et trouvé un tout petit champignon et poivron et de nous répondre que, il y en avait des condiments et qu'ils n'ont jamais eu de plaintes. Je lui ai signifié que les personnes n'oses pas ce plaindre mais tout simplement ne pas revenir. Elle est reparti sans plus un mot. Pas un mot d'excuse pour notre mauvaise expérience, NIET! 😡Pas désolé pour cinq sous! Ce que je déteste encore plus que de mal mangé, c'est d'être traité avec désinvolte et impertinence. Nous avions donné une seconde chance à ce restaurant après notre première expérience mais vous pouvez être certain qu'il est barré sur notre liste et que l'on ne ce gênera pas pour le faire savoir!!!

Saturday, I ordered from Crabtree pizzeria, from Crabtree. Look at the invoice: $43.23, the delivery person charges us $46.33. When I call the restaurant, I am told that the delivery person charges fees for his gas and insurance. I tell her that it is not correct, even legal, not to notify us and not to note it on the invoice, she tells me that that is how it is. I tell her she can't do that and I won't leave it there. Attempt to chat but the lady becomes rude, laughs at me and hangs up the line on me….

Prices have gone up and portions have decreased considerably I used to order a lasagna and now it's half the dish! It's still good but it gets expensive! The people who work are friendly.
