Restaurant La Belle Québécoise offers homemade food, efficient and friendly service, and a beautiful atmosphere. Dishes are plentiful, good value, and not too salty. The homemade pea soup is a highlight. Conveniently located between Quebec City and Montreal, it's a great stop for a delicious meal. The restaurant is very quiet, and the waitress is lovely and very nice. It's a very good price for when you get stuck with hunger during a road trip. The service is good, and the atmosphere is pleasant. However, the cooking of eggs and baked beans could be improved, and the fruit portions were insufficient. The food has a lot of flavor compounds, and the poutine, French onion soup, and Canadian mix were good.
