We only had ice cream cones and they were very good.
First off my mom got food poisoning from the very plain nothing special burger. The hot dogs are expensive for one it’s 3.20. I never finished my poutine nor did my sister.
The woman who take’s the orders is rude and has attitude.
They food was meh. They never bought us our drinks that we ordered. Place was sweating hot and flies and bee’s in the place and outside. The prices were rough 4 people very basic order almost 60$.
They took my moms water bottle and put it on the floor because she wasn’t allowed it never gave her the chance to put in the car or in her purse. My mom tried putting it in her purse and that’s when the lady grabbed it and put on the floor under the table.
Then they saw my dads zero sugar low salt and zero calories drink and the older man said “you didn’t buy that here” my dad said no and that’s when I jumped in saying my dad is diabetic and he can’t have regular drinks nor can he have high salt drink. I can say they weren’t happy about that.
The older man and woman I believe to be the owners need to realize people have health issue but still want to in joy their time. They don’t have to laugh or smirk at us because my dad brought his own drink.
Dietary restrictions: They really don’t care if you are diabetic. They will just smirk at you.
Parking: Not many spaces
Kid-friendliness: Not here lol
Wheelchair accessibility: Not inside it isn’t

My girlfriend and I were here back several days ago (at the time of this review) and I gotta say this is probably THE worst service I have ever witnessed. After reviewing the other reviews I can now see why. It seems they're a pattern of somewhat rude and disrespectful staff. Managers should be looking into this matter and taking action upon those staff however it seems the owner and/or management does not care whatsoever. Poor business and service will eventually lead to the place being either shut down or investigated.
These particular staff whoever was scheduled at this time had no care to seniors or diabetically challenged individuals and instead thought of it as a "hoax". My father in law has kidney issues and therefore cannot have salt and instead the server laughed as if it was not true and had no support to this situation. My mother in law had her items moved around the floor off the table. There were countless issues some I can't even get into. I would even consider this place abusive and I might even look at taking action on this matter.
I would not recommend trying this location.
These staff and owner seem to need better training is business management and training employees. What selfishness.
Dietary restrictions: No respect to dietary needs. Made a joke about liver issues and the need for exemption of salt.
Kid-friendliness: Not friendly to seniors or people with dietary needs so I can't imagine what they're like with kids.

I was passing by on a motorbike. I ate the minced steak poutine with pepper sauce and it was one of the best I have eaten. The fries are crispy and they are real fresh fries. Really excellent poutine! Afterwards, I enjoyed an excellent cone dipped in Belgian milk chocolate and it was really delicious. The chocolate coating was thick and flavorful. The service was perfect. The lady was very welcoming and kind. I recommend this place.

Very rude receptionist, cuts people off and thinks she's the queen, while the customer is king!

Small snack, the atmosphere seemed warm but the service was cold and unpleasant... as for the food it was OK but really ordinary for an exorbitant price... $17 for 2 "garnished" hot dogs which I was practically not and a little poutine with a not very good bbq sauce... I'm willing to raise the prices but there are limits especially when the quality is not there...

We were surprised to discover a snack bar where everything is made by hand, the soup broths are not powdered, the tarts are not made with filling but with real fruit. Very friendly couple who have been running this restaurant for several years. The prices are more than reasonable in this context of dizzying increases. I highly recommend it. They are closed from Thanksgiving until the first Thursday in May.
